Great location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all key attractions and shopping areas. Even the Pantnagar airport was not so far. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Pahadi Kitchen that was only 10 minutes' walk away. A characterful base for exploring Nainital...

This hotel is a value for money stay, with prices that won't break the bank. Located right on Mall Road, you can enjoy a good view of the lake from the comfort of your room. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. One highlight is the private balcony where you can relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast served here is also worth mentioning, as it is delicious and satisfying.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on Mall Road with a stunning view of Naini lake. Guests can easily explore the nearby eateries and markets since everything is within walking distance. the hotel's position in the center of Mall Road makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.
Some guests mentioned that the staff at times showed desperation for tips, which can be off-putting.

The lake view from the room was breathtaking. Location was great, right in the middle of the city which was super convenient. the room was also quite spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay.
The staff seemed to always be looking for ways to charge more money and were not very helpful. the food was also terrible, definitely not worth the price.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a private balcony offering a lovely view of the lake. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay.
